Achievements, Goals and I'm Thankful For...
This challenge it’s all about appreciating the little things that make big differences in our lives. It consists of three parts: What you’re thankful for, your achievements and your goals. Originally, each part lasted eleven days, so every day you took the time to look carefully and write a list for each segment with everything you found. But now, there’s no limit. 1) There’s always something to be thankful for; your family, your friends, a roof over your head, a bed to sleep on, etc. 2) I bet you’ve accomplished more than you can imagine. I’m not referring to grand events, but triumphs you can fulfill any day, like that one time you decided to eat healthy or go for a run and you did, when you were determined to learn an instrument or develop any other skill, or when you spent a month or a week or a day without harming yourself. I want you to be proud of that. 3) Hopefully, thanks to the previous part, you realized how strong and capable you are to do whatever you propose and it’s encouraged you to seek for more. Work hard, believe in yourself and never give up, no matter how crazy and unattainable these goals might seem. If you can dream it, you can do it.
Be grateful. Be proud of yourself. Be strong and courageous. Keep shining your light!
